Noodles & Company has honestly become one of my favorite comfort food spots. There’s just something about the variety they offer that keeps me coming back. Whether I’m craving something cheesy, savory, or a little spicy, they always have something that fits my mood. My go-to is usually a rich pasta dish, but I love that I can switch it up with global flavors like Asian noodles or lighter options when I want something different. What I really appreciate is how customizable everything feels. I can add protein, adjust ingredients, or make small changes to get exactly what I want. The portions are satisfying without being overwhelming, and the food always feels warm and comforting. The atmosphere also adds to the experience—it’s casual, relaxed, and perfect for hanging out with friends or grabbing a quick meal. Plus, the service is usually fast, which makes it even better when I’m busy. Overall, Noodles & Company is one of those places I can rely on no matter what I’m craving. It’s simple, consistent, and always hits the spot.

If you are looking for an amazing place to eat in Springfield, Illinois, this is it—hands down! I stopped by today and had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the door. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, and it was exactly what I was craving. The flavors were spot on, and the portion was perfect. What really stood out, though, was the efficiency of the team. The customer service was incredibly fast, and I was served almost immediately, which is great when you're on the go. The restaurant itself is a very clean store, which makes for a much better dining environment. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping the place looking sharp. I also want to give a huge thank you to the girl who helped me up front today! She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this location to anybody in the area looking for a great meal and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back!

I got the Cajun shrimp and bacon Alfredo. I felt like the bacon crumble made it a bit gritty with how small it was. Otherwise very delicious, pasta was perfectly cooked. A little over 30 dollars for two entrees and a large drink.

I have not been here in a very long time but was impressed when we walked in. Quiet atmosphere and the employee who took and delivered our order, Sarien i think, was amazing. A smile as soon as we stepped in, then she delivered our food and followed up with us a few minutes later to check in I would highly recommend noodles if you havent been by in a while. Especially if Sarien is working, great job!!
